Yeah, @Kokk07. According to the internet posts, if the socket was a significant heavy load (like in my case water heater) it fails.

Sounds like a truth. Mine was connected to the water boiler with 1600 W consumption. Too bad I really liked the plug

Ok, so I returned my plug to Tech Support. Luckily it still had a warranty and was confirmed to be defective. We can close the thread

Hi there I can't connect to my HS110. The light is amber and doe not change. Pressing on gear button has no reaction.
