@OmerMuhammad Tapo smart plug does not require a smart hub, they are connected to the router 2.4GHz WiFi directly.

@jldal Make sure you're using the Tapo app instead of the Kasa app, in case you have some Kasa devices as well. Can you share a screenshot of the product category page you see?
