I have 3 Tapo C200's but only one of them has updated to the latest firmware. I've tried rebooting the other 2 and force quitting the app but it says they are up to date. All 3 are hardware version 1.

We can view the cameras on the tv via Alexa but the quality is appalling making the experience pointless. Are we missing an option somewhere? I can't imagine they'd make this a selling point on these
