My camera has some noise coming out, seems like noisy background. how do i knw if it is hack by someone else?

Hi, I'm not sure what microSD should I use... I search Google and some says high endurance is good but it seems like the price is too high for me as I have 9 cameras in total which cost me almost $1K.
