Hi,
If you encounter noise while monitoring your Tapo camera, please take the following steps:
1. Make sure your mobile device is positioned away from the camera, preferably in a different room. When the phone is too close to the camera during a voice call, it can lead to audio feedback, resulting in whistling and noise.
2. Lower the microphone volume of the camera to below 50%. A higher volume setting can magnify the noise decibel. You can adjust the microphone volume on the live view page of the app.
For a more detailed explanation, please refer to the instructions here: How to avoid noise when monitoring the sound from Tapo camera

If you need further help, can you share a video recording/audio recording to show your problem?

Best Regards
