No connect

Hello. I have a tapo c200 and I tried to reset it from the app and since then it stucked. It has 2 red lights on and nothing else. It cannot be reseted from the button. Any ideas?

Hello, I bought a 2-pack of Tapo C310 the other day. I want to use them locally without streaming video to the cloud so I've blocked internet access to these two cameras. However, as soon as I disable
