Windows loading incorrect driver on restart

I install the 1030.22.202.2018 (2/12/2018) driver for the T3U adapter and the speed is nearly equivalent to the speed of my LAN. However, whenever I restart the computer Windows loads the 1030.38.712.

UE306 Half Speed on some computers Full on others.
