Trying to set my C2600 up as a bridge for a Velop system. Need to turn off wifi and set it as a bridge. Reset the router, but generic logins won't work. Wifi turned off on the side, but I
can't get into admin pages.

Disconecting the C2600 from everything, except the power cord and a laptop via an Ethernet cable, reboot the router and also make sure the laptop is only connected to the C2600, on other network connections. Then try to login again.
You can try both http://tplinkwifi.net or http://192.168.0.1
If the login page won't load, check if the IP address and default gateway on the laptop are correct or not. Gateway should be the LAN IP of C2600. For how to check the IP http://www.tp-link.com/en/faq-838.html
