Can I connect the first TL-WR802N N300 the the network and then connect it to the other TL-WR802N N300 wireless and then use its Lan connection to connect to a pc/console,...?

Is that possible?

If no, what would i need to made this happen?

Yes the 1st unit needs to be set up in either "Router, Repeater, AP or WISP Router" mode depending on the deployment.  The 2nd unit should be setup in "Client Mode".
