1.3.0 Ethernet LAN Blocked
Upgraded to 1.3.0 about 24 hours ago, and for the last 2 hours I've been fighting to get anything at all online.
After some troubleshooting I think I discovered the issue. I use a Linux server as a pi-hole, and what appears to happen is with that much traffic going to the Ethernet LAN, the Deco M5 completely blocks the Ethernet LAN link.
Ethernet Backhaul from the other Decos drop too, and all my hardwired devices can't get Internet or even a DHCP address! Since all the DNS traffic was going to the pi-hole even the wireless devices all quit working.
For now I've set the DNS servers to default, so I'm getting the upstream server IPs when I check settings on my devices. I'll monitor and see if it does this again without the pi-hole, but I have to say this is a SERIOUS bug in this software. To take down the entire wired LAN like that is beyond heavy handed. If that one device was quarantined as a potential problem, sure that I would understand, but this breaks so much stuff to do this.

The Roku is doing a little better. It will connect after being prodded, but not automatically. Before no amount of retry attempts would get it to connect for hours or days at a time (it would then occasionally connect to be kicked off shortly afterwards). It will then get through a show or two now, it was impossible before.
This is still far from ideal. With Deco software 1.2.4 or on my TP-Link AC1200 or C7 or the ATT Gateway, it connects first time, every time with no interruption. So still something wrong even in this beta version.

is this an M5 only issue or does it also affect M9 - common firmware base? I started have issues with M9 significantly throttling bandwidth after upgrading to 1.2.8 Build 20190403 Rel. 43515 on June 18th. Speeds dropped from 789/647 on June 15th to 50/200-300 starting June 18th. Swapping out Deco for Eero and the speeds are restored. Just posted on another thread, but didn't think about a potential upgrade coorelation until reading this thread.
