One of my Deco Doesn't work

My Deco is stuck on yellow light, I left it on next to the Master-Deco all night hoping it would pulse blue, however, it is still stuck on yellow. I tried using the reset at the bottom of the deco but it did not work. The Deco continues to be stuck on yellow.

The light is still stuck on solid yellow. I even tried resetting the entire network, but it didn't change anything.

It sounds like the unit is in recovery mode (reset held too long).
Reboot the Deco unit, and leave it alone for about 5 minutes, if the LED light is still yellow do a reset, however, only press the reset for 1 second. After which the LED should blink yellow, then go solid yellow, then blink blue.

Hi Tony, what do you mean by reboot? Like turn off the power? I already did that. I will try to wait 5 minutes and then reset for 1 second. I will update status here.

Yes, cut the power to it, turn it back on, wait a bit then to the reset. Try that process a couple of times if it does not work. There was a customer with a Deco M5 that has a similar situation and got it resolved doing that.

Hello, my deco still doesn't work. Yesterday, I tried the method you described all day. The light remains yellow.

Also make sure the reset button on the unit is not stuck in the depressed setting. Do this by pressing the reset button and making sure you feel the button move when pushed.

damn, i guess i'll have to do the same then. Thanks for your reply. Did you return back your unit to the store ? Mine was bought online and cost of returning might not be worth it.
