WIFI connected devices not showing up as WIFI clients
Hello,
I have my device in Access point mode as I have another router handling the DHCP portion of the network.
I have multiple devices connected to the Wifi network and yet only one device shows connected when I log into the management page.
Shouldn't all the devices show up un the WIFI section? I am trying to verify who is connected to the Wifi portion of my network.
I have verified all the devices are on the correct network with the correct subnet masks. I have also verified on my DHCP server that they are active, but again I want to verify this on the TP-link WIFI section.
Any help would be great.
Thanks

A product won't always be able to do what a customer expects or wants. Sometimes an expectation or want is outside of the capabilities of the product. Yes, sometimes it is a deficiency in the software or hardware that needs to be addressed. Previous interactions with engineering would not point to this being one of those times, but as it is still a concern we are willing to look more into it. To do that we need more information for the customers who feel they are affected.
I have explained what we will do and what we need from the customers to do this. If you want your specific concern addressed please assist us with providing this requested information.

I find your statement funny Carl, I've had this router since 2018 and this "bug" wasn't there for a whole two years and then it just stopped displaying the information in question, so where is this problem coming from that it used to work and now it doesn't?

Which Router do you have? What hardware version do you have? What firmware are you on? Which mode are you using?

All of the "WIFI connected devices not showing up as WIFI clients"
turned out to be devices that had access to wifi on the previous router-
the one that was replaced by the TP-Link router-
this was because we kept the old password and network name!
This was the "mistake" I mentioned on the 2020-09-12 post.
To the robot that keeps asking-
Archer AX1800 HW v1.20 FW 1.3.5
