A product won't always be able to do what a customer expects or wants. Sometimes an expectation or want is outside of the capabilities of the product. Yes, sometimes it is a deficiency in the software or hardware that needs to be addressed.  Previous interactions with engineering would not point to this being one of those times, but as it is still a concern we are willing to look more into it.  To do that we need more information for the customers who feel they are affected.

I have explained what we will do and what we need from the customers to do this.  If you want your specific concern addressed please assist us with providing this requested information.

I find your statement funny Carl, I've had this router since 2018 and this "bug" wasn't there for a whole two years and then it just stopped displaying the information in question, so where is this problem coming from that it used to work and now it doesn't?

Which Router do you have?  What hardware version do you have?  What firmware are you on? Which mode are you using?

TD-W9960 V1 1.3.0.0.8.0 v009: d.0 Build 210831 Rel. 81047n as one of my previous posts here said I used to be able to see my clients list of connected people to my Router and suddenly I was unable to do so. So is it a bug then or what is it?

All of the "WIFI connected devices not showing up as WIFI clients"

turned out to be devices that had access to wifi on the previous router-

the one that was replaced by the TP-Link router-

this was because we kept the old password and network name!

This was the "mistake" I mentioned on the 2020-09-12 post.

To the robot that keeps asking-

Archer AX1800 HW v1.20 FW 1.3.5

Mode Dynamic IP  DHCP

Firmware Version : 1.0.8 Build 20190411 rel.65590(4555)

Lusa, go to each device, find its IP and mac. From a command prompt, PING each IP address and see if they come back with a timed response or no response at all.

I am having this issue with an Archer1800 and am soon going to switch to ASUS if its not fixed . Even though I have access to internet through the device I am not on the network.
