i have just got an Ikea tradfr bulb. It conneted to my M9 fine useign a search in other bulb.

i can now happily turn it on and off from the Deco app on my phone.

 

the Alexa skill is installed and authorised. how ever alexa is not able to discover the light to be able to turn it on or on.

when i go in to the alexa settings in the deco app, i cant see the device in the list when i try and add it as an avalible device to be controlled by alexa.

 

is it possible to get alexa to control bulbs that are connected to the Deco?

It is however those bulbs have to be added to their manufature's skill.  For instance TP-Link Kasa bulbs must be connected to the Kasa App and then linked to the Kasa Skill in Alexa. products that are not TP-Link branded will not work with TP-Link Skills.
