Model: Archer C9  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 3.17.1

I cannot get the Archer C9 to accept any Access Control entries.

 

I am trying to block youtube from a specific device (testing with my Note 10's MAC address). It just straight up doesn't work. I've saved the entry, rebooted the router, etc. but my cellphone can always access youtube and youtube app. 

 

Any ideas how to make this work?

From our understanding you need to add the pre-fix to the url.  for instance WWW.  Please test that and let us know if that works.
