Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version:

I bought TP Wireless adapter about a year ago and it has been acting very funny - not connecting to some routers.

My patience ran over when it starte to not connect to xfinitywifi.

Onmy warranty page, I sent in the email using the link 'Request replacement part' asking for a replacement. But I have not heard anything back yet.

Am I officiating my warranty service request the correct way. What is the best and proper way to invoke warranty services?

A part request would be if you need a replacement power supply or a replacement bracket for the KC120. To replace the actual device require getting a hold of support.
