Ax1500 one mesh
Are there any plans to add one mesh to the AX1500 or AX10? Why would this not be supported in these latest routers?!?

The Archer AX10 is still listed so the Archer AX1500 should also still be planned. However we do not have any data that suggest that either. We do not get notice when a model is pulled from the list or even why. As the disclaimer on the page states: The compatible device list will be updated regularly and the information of planned models is only for reference; TP-Link reserves the right to modify this page at any time without notifying the user, and at times this mean even from us. I can states that website updates are completed usually by the end of business on Friday afternoons, provided it is not a holiday or PTO. All I can offer is to keep checking your router's download page regularlly on fridays for updates.

@Carl I understand that you're just as in the dark as the rest of us but somehow that seems even worse to me. Is TP-Link really so disorganized that its own employees don't k ow what's going on? Why even bother having a customer service team if they have no information to share?
Can you please feed back to management that users are very disappointed in this lack of communication and action on these updates? Tell them they're losing loyal TP-Link customers because I for one am done waiting.

No we are not disorginzed but sometimes there simply isn't anything to share. When it comes to unreleased freatures that isn't given to support staff as we want to ensure misinformation is not given as planned features timeframes can and often do change. This is why we do not recommend customers buying a product on a planned or unreleased feature. Some of the time these features can take longer than the customer assumed it would or isn't released at all. When ever customers reach out to use in a pre-sale enviroment we urge them to choose a product based on what it does and not what it might do. That said I have reached out to them and if I do get anything back I get anything back I will let you know.

Hello,
I see that the onemesh product list shows AX1500. Previously it used to show "PLANNED" but not anymore. Does this mean, the router is finally capable?

@akorn me too - I have the AX1500 and that disappeared from the "PLANNED" list a while back but when I asked about it, @Carl told me (in post #22) that as the AX10 was still on the list, the AX1500 should get the update too if / when it was rolled out. I checked the Tether app and no firmware update available for my AX1500 as of today so I guess we got screwed.

@Lucy8984 https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/download/archer-ax1500/#Firmware
Download AX1500(US)_V1.2_210514 the firmware released today. You will have to manually upgrade the firmware but it adds onemesh capability. I just did it and can confirm that it works.
