Model: TL-MR3020
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: re200v2_eu-up-ver1-1-8-P1[20181113-rel36494].bin

I've got a brand new MR3020(EU) that is acting erratically to say the least. Won't stay connected, Random access to setup. I tried to change to channel 11 but couldn't find where to do it. Is there anything I'm overlooking? Trying to find alternate firmware, but no luck. Any guidance for a newbie? Thanks to all.

I've satisfied the router is a piece of junk and the firmware is worse. What's wrong with OpenWrt?

Are you running OpenWRT on the router?

@Winston65

A couple of things.

1. The device is no longer sold here in the US region it came from another area maybe Europe given the EU country code?

2. The firmware you referenced is for a RE200 so if sticker label says TL-MR3020, someone uploaded the RE200 v2 firmware on it which explains why it is messed up. Might be best to get in contact with the seller of the device.

the problem is solved. Sent it back toTPlink corporate in CA and told them what to do with. But very nicely.
