@ArcherC8 no, I don't think I have.

In any way, the question "resolved iself". I gave up on port forwarding and hosted the files I wanted to host on a web-server. Sorry for wasting your time.

@BobRobertson I am dealing with same problem. Still not sure what's going on, but most likely your provider is doing LSN https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carrier-grade_NAT which means that your router is not connected directly to WAN, but there is another router that's doing NAT on the way.
