AX3000 One Mesh Upgrade

Just installed the AX3000 and my extender went from good on the 2.4G freq and weak on the 5G freq to strong and good, respectively...now I'm hoping an upgrade/update is in the works to add one mesh to this router...any news out there on if or when they plan to add one mesh to the AX3000? Thanks in advance for any news...

We were told its was hardware/chipset related. I'll refer this back to the engineering team so see what they say.

I also have a RE450 which would be nice to have this feature too. :)

Hi Bill. Yes there is. Here is our official annoucement regarding OneMesh and WPA3. https://community.tp-link.com/us/home/forum/topic/224142 For the AX3000 specifically though the chipset has compatiblity these features were not able to be added due to inherent errors and bugs that at this time we simply could not effectivly resolve. This is not likely to change on the current revision of hardware at least. If any changes happen i will let you know.
