I just reinstall my window because i lost all my data and when i install my adapter driver manually and it told "the device is not started code 10 " .Can anyone help me please

Make sure you are installing the driver for the correct hardware version of the TL-WN722N. Look at the box the adapter came in or the adapter itself to see if there is a mention of hardware version.
Go here next to download the correct firmware: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/download/tl-wn722n/#Driver
Use the drop down list to get the other hardware versions. Note that if you have hardware version 1 you can not use drivers for hardware version 3.
