A quick look at the user manuals for WR841N shows some interesting things. Depending on the version, WDS appears to be an option (V7) and not shown is another version (V14). What version do you have? The option should appear on the wireless page (where you set up the SSID).

If you log into your router and have a green banner up to then if you go to wireless  you will see the WDS option. If you have the newer blue background, then you would go to the quick setup on the top left menu, and set the device up as a range extender.
