HI Guys

 

I installed the 2 HS210 and I am running into the following issue:

 

Turn the switch that has wifi light showig on switch on, the light turns on. Turn the same switch off, the light turns off. However now If I try and turn the other switch on, the light does not turn on. 

It seems that 1 switch is acting as 'master' and only turns the light and the other light switch when turned on. 

 

Attached are the wiring images for the 2 swithces. Any help on how to fix this will be greatly appreciated.

Hi TK

 

Just based on the picutres it looks like you have the wires crossed.  Try changing the wires on the bottom Red and Black on unit and putting them in the opposite posistion.  Let us know what that does.

I hope you got it working.  I had a similar issue when installing a HS210... it turned out to be a bad switch.  Hopefully that is not the case for you.

@RyanEverhart789 did you buy yours at Amazon? I think I got your returned units :-(, because the one switch only controls lights when the other one is ON.
