hello i am facing a problem all lights are flashing except power i tried to reset the router but of no use, first internet light come onn and then rest of lights.i am unable to access the router as well.images are attached in sequence

i have attached to images

Take the router and power adapter to a completely different outlet. Leave the router alone for a couple of minutes, then try to factory reset it, see if you can get it to respond. If the router keeps going in an endless loop then I believe it may be bad.
