When looking on the Amazon store for the best TP link router, I came across two listings of what appeared to be the same router at first glance, but which had different model names and different packaging applicable to the models. Please take a look for yourselves an, if you can, explain to me if they are different, and if so, how so.

The listings in question

Thank you.

@RokeBeedell

The highest tier router we currently have would be the Archer AX11000. Like @ArcherC8 mentioned, the LAN port speeds, supporting AX. There was a moment when the C5400X was the better but not anymore.

Go to the TP-Link website and bring each router in and then click on specifications. For example https://www.tp-link.com/us/home-networking/wifi-router/archer-ax11000/#specifications. Now review the differences. I did a quick check and noted WAN difference, USB ports, Time machine support, and security differences. You need to check to see which items are important to you.

@ArcherC8 Somehow I didn't realise that one could view such specifications via this website, although in hindsight such prejudice was foolish. Thank you.

@Tony Thank you very much. Of course I am not a marketer, but I think it might be wise to make your best option easier to find; at least on Amazon.

I find most things on Amazon do not describe the product fully. Many know what they want ahead of time and search for specific items. However I do find the reviews on Amazon sometimes informative as they can show shortcomings of the item.

Before buying either, be sure to scour the forums for issues as consumer grade routera are often ridled with issues. Some are never resolved due to the few people which report them (especially true with some of the pricier stuff from my experience).
