Hi, Is there a way to use parental controls to block some sites but never block others?
Example: I would like to block tiktok (or limit it's use to a few hours a day) but never block khan academy at all.

Yes. The Partental controls in this router are based on keyword. You will only block website that match the keyword that you use. You also have the abilty to set access times and bedtime where all internet to all attached devices in the profile are block for the specified time.

For the A7 not likely because there is an implicit always on established already. Automatically all sites are allowed until you add keywords to filter traffic.

I can't even block TikTok that is accessed from an ipad. Can other block TikTok? Blocking YouTube no problem but TikTok slips through.
