When I reboot, I have to unplug the adapter from the laptop and plug it back in for it to work. I purchased them about a week ago. Any thoughts?
The laptop may be suspending the USB device.
Go into the power settings and disable "USB selective suspend". If you search around you should be able to find a guide.
@KCSupport I was able to work around this by moving the USB NIC to a non SS-USB port. Going to still investigate and will post any information I find.
