Model: Deco X60
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.2.4

I installed our new Deco X60 router and AP point.

All devices but one connected.

The Lenovo Laptop doesn't show the SSID on Available Networks. Windows 10 tells me the driver is updated for the Intel AC 3165 (I think it is).

Here's the laptop we have: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07DPCD17B/ref=ppx_od_dt_b_asin_title_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I ran a command that forgets all the networks on windows 10. Still doesn't see it.

Of course, the only device that doesn't work being my Wife's laptop.

Does anyone have any suggestions? The help agent told me, oh the Deco is 802.11ax and the laptop is 802.11ac so that's why it won't work. That's just wrong, I only have 1 other ax device. All the others are ac even older and seem to connect.

Apparently you guys have a FAQ about this:

https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/2303/

not sure why the help Agent didn't know about that. Apparently Intel has newer drivers that aren't installed with Windows update or on Lenovo's website.

I also just tried my work laptop, which also doesn't see the Deco X60 wireless.

It's a Lenovo Thinkpad.

This machine uses a different wifi card that the previous, but both Lenovo machines.

I found this on the forum:

https://community.tp-link.com/us/home/forum/topic/204312

I don't see a way to change the mode on the tp-link devices. Also, this defeats the purposes of getting WiFi 6 devices.
