Model: Deco M5
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.4.4 Build 20200221 Rel. 65392

I know it's weird, but I'm completely certain my router physically disconnects on its own, it's not a software problem, It turns off and I have to go and plug it in again.

Can any one tell me if there's a solution? I've changed the complete mesh set already and it still happens. Is it a problem with the M5's Design?

When you say it unplugs itself, are you saying the power unplugs at the router, the Ethernet cable, or what?

Do you have any cats? One of my cats knocks the USB mouse cord out of my security DVR. The plug used on routers and modems is not very secure and as you know is comes out very easy. I would fashion some wire or some tape to secure it. You may be able to double the wire back under the unit so it sits on top of the wire.
