Need more info. Did you replace a working router? Did anything else change? What have you tried so far. Is it both cable and WIFI connections with the issue. What lights are you seeing. Can you bypass the router and connect to the internet?

@ArcherC8  I have the same issues , 

yes I replaced a working router 

 

the ax1500 doesn't get an ip from the isp. I can connect to the router via cable and wifi but no internet .

I put the old router back and the internet works 

 

could this be an issue with firmware ? Or a time. Issue ?

Since you are not getting the IP from the ISP, most common issue is the modem was not powered down and unplugged during the set-up per the instructions.

 

See under Step 1, Connect The Hardware,  see the important message at

The modem wants to connect to the old router, not the new one.
