Wifi works, bluetooth doesn't.

 

Yes, drivers are installed, from the TPlink website.


Yes, it is plugged in to the F_USB header on the motherboard with the cable included in the box.

 

In Device manager, it shows up as "Generic Bluetooth Adapter", with the exclamation point icon indicating an issue. In properties, it says "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)"

 

There are no other BT adapters installed.

 

Yes, when I unplug the F_USB the "Generic Bluetooth Adapter" icon disappears.

I had the same error. Interestingly enough UNinstalling the tplink driver, and just having windows find a default driver worked for me.
