I have Wireless Dual Band USB Adapter model AC600 (Archer T2U Plus) and when surfacing the driver website there are two files for downloading; however, I am confused because even the files have different date, each one has two letters and dont know what they mean. One has the two letter "UN" and the other one "US"

I need to know which one to download to update my driver because I have problems with the last version of Windows 10 (2004), it doesnt reconigze the usb adapter then I have to return the previous version.

So I want to reinstall the drivers but the most recent but I need to know which ones.

Tell me please, what do "UN" and "US" mean?
