Connecting new router to home modem.

Have the blue light, but no internet connection. Checked connections and settings. Seems ok.

But no net.

I somehow blocked the access with the ID number so I can't connect to the router.

The instructions are so WONDERFULLY detailed (NOT, like 6 pictures)

Not quite sure what is meant by 'blocked the access with the ID number'. You may want to do a factory reset and reset up the router. Refer to the user guide at https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/download/archer-ax6000/

Ya, I am not sure how you blocked access.

 

Factory reset the router by holding the reset for 15 seconds, then when logged into the router you can reference this as a guide when determining why you do not have internet: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/1556/
