TP-Link AC2300 Wireless Router - WAN / Internet Port stopped working
My TP-Link AC2300 Wireless Router's WAN port seems to have stopped working.
I have tested all possibilities. Initially, I thought it was the ISP's modem that was not working but I did all the following troubleshooting steps:
- Checked that TP-Link internet indicator is not lighting up
- Unplugged and replugged all devices (modem and router)
- Disconnected and reconnected all cables (modem and router)
- Changed LAN cables with new ones
- Reset both devices
- Connected my laptop directly to the ISP modem via LAN - the internet worked so this means the LAN cable is working and modem is working but not going into the router
I tried contacting Tech Support via email and phone but no reply on both.
Please let me know how I can resolve this issue.
