I am running half speed when connected directly to router via ethernet port or wifi. I checked modem connection and i am getting full speed of my isp plan. Any ideas what would cause this?
I am not sure of your model, but look in the QoS settings and make sure the speed set there is equal to or higher than your ISP speeds.
If that checks out, swap the Ethernet cable, even if that was tested directly before.
If you happen to have other Deco nodes, try swapping the main node with one of the satellite ones and test the speed again.
