Are the devices you are trying to block added to the child's profile?  Also what type of device's are they.  Recently Apple and Android both introduced a MAC randomizer into their software.  This has the potential to break parental controls because devices are added by MAC address.

Both are Windows 10 PCs, all other URL blocking works, Amazon and Facebook was built-in, but Prodigygame.com is not so I had to manually input the URL. Other URL works, so that's what's troubling me.
