Hopefully somebody can help me.

Device accessing the system should not matter. I would recommend rebooting the main unit and checking your client device once again.
@Carl thanks for the reply i tried rebooting all my mesh still couldn't find my devices. :( this weekend might try and reset the devices. Hopefully that will make me see the devices.
Let us know the next step would be to engage the software team to possible provide a beta firmware to see if we can "track" the concern.
