Be sure to press and hold the WIFI button for one second to turn on the WIFI per the instructions in the user guide. https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/download/archer-a20/v1/ chapter 1.2.2

Do you mean the Internet led?

 

That has nothing to do with WifI or do you mean the Wifi LED (both 2.4 and 5Ghz LED's off)?

 

Reset the router or make sure the button that turns off Wifi is not on.

 

Can you get to the router with a wired device? Does it show the SSID radio's set to transmit the ID's?
