Model: Archer A7
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 4.0.3 Build 20190227 Rel.48206

I have a question – My internet comes in through a TP-Link SafeStream Giabit Multi-WAN VPN Router (TL-R600VPN v.4.0 Firmware: 4.0.3 Build 20190227 Rel.48206) connected to a TP-Link Archer A7 v5.0 (Firmware V. 1.0.16 Build 20201029 Rel.43238(5553)) which is connected to my NAS.

I would like to configure the Archer Guest Wireless SSID to allow access to my Synology NAS applications and internal network only, but not give internet access through the SafeStream.

Thougths?

I was thinking of doing something like that a while back and never did it. The direction I was headed was to put a switch /VLAN trunk in front of the NAS and connect two routers. I would think you could set up one router to have internet (your current access to the NAS) and the another new router with WIFI but no internet connection. Never got to the point where I identified what hardware to use. Hope this helps. Let us know what works.

@ArcherC8 That is where I am leaning.   This should do the trick, you think?
