Can I use PCIE X4 SLOT to install Archer TX3000E?

My computer (Windows 10) cannot recognize wifi and bluetooth adapter after installing this card to PCIE X4, not PCIE X1.

My mainboard is not wide enough to locate this card to PCIE X1 slot.

We recommended the x1 slot, but you should also be able to install the card on the x4 slot. However, if the card is not able to be recognized by the computer it will need to be on the x1 slot.
