I am having problems connecting to my internet. I attempted to use the security key from the bottom of the router. Nothing is working. How can I retrieve the passwod?

If the password and user id was changed and you do not know it, then you need to do a factory reset. Then you will use the default user id and password. You need to readd all of your settings. If the router is in a secure location, write down the user id and password and attach it to the bottom of the router. Do not block any air holes.
