Start with https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/contact-technical-support/#LiveChat-Support and use either chat or email and get a conversation going. It may escalate from there to a live support. That is the safe way as there are phone numbers that you can find it you goolge for them but I do not know if they are current or not, but if you use one be very careful as it may be a scam number.
