I'm having trouble installing the adapter file to my MacBook (OS 10.15.7). Each time I try, I get a message that says it is incapable with my OS. I've attempted the file from the CD and getting the file from the website. Same message.

The chipset maker (MediaTek) does not appear to have drivers that support Mac 10.15 for hardware version 1 (hardware version printed on box). You need the Archer T2U hardware version 3 which does have drivers for Mac 10.15.
