I have the Archer AX10 router and two (2) Omada EAP225. I changed the SSIDs and passwords on the APs to match each other, but I'm unsure whether that is all I have to do to have seamless routing - it doesn't seem like my clients are switching around. Do I need to download the Omada software controller?

Thanks.

@BriDGoldy

The roaming would be between the two EAP units. You would need to set up the Omada controller to have that going, but it will not integrate the C7 Wi-Fi to also be apart of the mesh network.

Here is how you would set up the EAP mesh network: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/2949/

The Omada controller would be the OC200 or the controller running on a computer, but the controller needs to stay running for the mesh to be possible.

The AX10 is planned (no date) to have OneMesh where you can set up OneMesh extenders to give you a mesh network: https://www.tp-link.com/us/onemesh/
