Router turns red every single day at the same time

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.2.1 Build 20100205 rel.12759

Router turns red every single day at 11 am EST. Did a factory rest and still does the same thing. I reset my modem as well nothing seems to fix it besides just waiting for it to turn blue again.

When this happens, connect a pc direct to the modem bypassing the router and see if you have internet.

If not, then the issue is with the modem or your ISP.

If it has internet, then we need to address the router and its settings.
