T2U Plus ping spikes for a third month, sick of it

Nothing is downloading for disclaimer. I have tried 4-5 different drivers from your website, none of them seems to work correctly. I download the drivers manually (if possible, some of them drivers don't have *.inf file). 2.4 Ghz connection works like the picture above, I'm not gonna even talk about the 5 Ghz connection... Please, fix your drivers for EU or help me the best way you can. I don't wanna hear something about restarting my router because all the other devices in the house work correctly so it must be this TP-Link device that's occuring problems, no?
