Is this a new network, adding a router to the network, or is it a replacement router?

Who or what kind of ISP (Internet Service Provider) are you using.

Does the internet work if you bypass the router?

Are you using the ISP modem and if so is it a modem/router combo (gateway) that has WIFI and Ethernet ports?

What have you done so far.

Any other network devices such as switches, extenders, phones,...

Have you followed the quick set up guide and the user guide found at https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/download/archer-ax3000/

Setting up most brands of router is basically the same. Generally either direct to the router or via a web interface.  Which method are you using?
