If you happen to have another PCIe slot on your motherboard try installing it on that slot.

 

What you can also try is installing the drivers from Intel (chipmaker on the card): https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/30434/Windows-10-Wi-Fi-Drivers-for-Intel-Wireless-Adapters

 

If not done so as well would be to update the system bios and the operating system. The error 10 code was last seen on the Windows 10 1709 release which updating to a newer release resolved that.
