I'm sorry if that was not clear on my first response.  Yes to get access to the Trend Micro powered HomeCare you would need to purchase a router that supports it.  Like the Archer AX50, or Archer AX6000.

I'm afriad not.  HomeCare and the subsription based HomeSheild include hardware limitations, so its not just a matter of a software update.  The Archer AX10 as we currently understand it is not compatible with either service.  There may be a chance to add the homebrew version that features QOS and Parental Controls but the full version powered by TrendMicro or Avira are not likely.

Its the chipset running the product.  That is what I was referring to when i said hardware.
