Model: Archer C20
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 0.9.1 4.17 v0001.0 Build 200915 Rel.56357n(5553)

I bought the Archer C20 about 3 months ago and lately it stopped working as it doesn't detect the internet cable that I plug in to the WAN port at the rear. I have tried several times but the result was same. I also contacted TP-Link support but they never replied me back. I would really appreciate if someone from the community helps me out here. Thank You

@dcode

We need a bit more info on what you have tried and the results, but I will try to help.

Can you connect a PC direct to the modem and get internet?

Have you tried a different Ethernet cable?

Have you tried power cycling the modem, router and PC?

When you sign on to the router, are you getting a network WAN IP address (not zeros).

What lights come on on the router after power cycle?

Do the WiFi devices show a connection to the router but no internet?

Are the issues with both the Ethernet connection and WIFI?
